Creighton University – Arizona Health Education Alliance is one of the best!

Creighton University – Arizona Health Education Alliance

Four Impressive Partners. One Exceptional Alliance.
When Creighton University, Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, Valleywise Health, and District Medical Group, Inc., joined together to form the Creighton University Arizona Health Education Alliance, it became one of the state’s largest providers of Graduate Medical Education.

In 2017, Creighton University, Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, Valleywise Health, and District Medical Group, entered into a strategic partnership to strengthen and expand the Graduate Medical Education programs offered by each institution. The move by the four core partners and affiliate member Dignity Health Medical Group brought together the administration of the residency and fellowship programs previously managed by each member under the Creighton University Arizona Health Education Alliance, with Creighton University serving as the sponsoring entity.

The Alliance effectively becomes one of Arizona’s largest GME providers, with an exciting opportunity to play a major role in the training of new generations of physicians and other health care professionals.
