Libby Cohen is highly recognized as one of Paradise Valley and Scottsdale’s top luxury Realtors, having sold over $300 million in real estate. Extraordinarily diligent and knowledgeable about complex transactions, Libby was instrumental in bringing notable home sales to fruition, including a private sale of an iconic estate in Arcadia at a record $8.1 million. She represented both the homebuyer and home seller in this transaction. With masterful expertise, Libby also orchestrated a rare achievement in real estate, a triple sale ‘domino effect.’ In this transaction, the sale of three luxury homes were dependent on the other, and each home closed within three days for a combined sales volume of $6.46 million.

In addition to real estate, Libby is highly involved in community organizations and has served as Chairwoman for fundraising events including the Phoenix Heart Ball and is on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Costume Institute at the Phoenix Art Museum. She has also chaired committees for the Night for Life benefitting Southwest Center for HIV, the Florence Crittenton Annual Luncheon, and The Xavier College Preparatory Scholarship Fashion Show. Libby is also a Master Gardener volunteer for Maryland School. Libby attended the University of Arizona and went on to work as a legal secretary specializing in Real Estate Law. From there she worked as a Westlaw Representative and won several national awards while employed by this division of West Publishing Company. Passionate about cooking, Libby graduated from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, Le Cordon Bleu in 2005. Other interests include running and hiking, gardening, and a love for historic architecture.

Libby and her husband, Dr. Joel Cohen, have two daughters, Rebecca, a marketing representative for Outfront Media, and Maggie, a Special Education teacher in the Phoenix Elementary School District.
